PLEASE NOTE:

2. Delivery Policy - Badges will be written and handed out at your child's club session within 2 weeks of purchase. Occasionally it may take 3 weeks if we happen to run out of certain stock, but always check at club or pop us an email if you are expecting a badge that has not been given out so we can chase it up for you.

3. Refund / Cancelation Policy – We are only able to refund or exchange badges that have not yet been written out with your child's name so please email us asap if you realise you have purchased the wrong badge or bought a badge by accident.
