2. Delivery Policy - We take payment up front for a full term of classes, which run in conjunction with the school terms (i.e. Autumn Term, Spring Term and Summer Term)
3. Refund / Cancellation Policy – If you wish to cancel your place and leave before the term begins for a full refund you must let us know one full week before the start of term for your session, to enable us to fill your place. If you have given a weeks notice you will receive the full term fees minus a £5 admin fee to cover our shop fees and pay pal fees which are not refunded to us. If you inform us at any point during the first half of term that your child is leaving then we ask for a 3 session notice period and will refund the remaining sessions of the term. This enables us time to fill your child's place.
No refunds are given for places after half term, for members wishing to leave in the second half of term.
No refunds can be given for membership fees after 5th September for returning members after 5th September or for new members after 30th September.
Please note that we are unable to refund any sessions that are cancelled due to snow, extreme heat or last minute school closures. Refunds for cancelled sessions will only be given if it is the club that cancels the session for any reason, not if the club is cancelled by the host school or venue.
4. Long Term Injury/Illness Policy - If a member ends up with a longer term illness or injury and has to miss an extended period of term then we will start to add credit to their account after the first three weeks missed. For example if 6 weeks of term are missed then we will offer a discount of three weeks off the following term, as long as the gymnast returns to club. No refunds are available in this scenario, only credit towards the following term.
5. Early Bird Discounts / Late Fees - Term fees are now due by the end of each term to secure your place for the following term. There is a 10% early bird discount if you pay your next term's fees by the end of the current term your child is attending. Just add the full price fees to your basket and use the promo code EARLYBIRD
PLEASE NOTE THIS EARLYBIRD DISCOUNT MUST BE APPLIED WHEN FIRST PAYING YOUR CHILD'S TERM FEES - WE ARE UNABLE TO APPLY IT RETROSPECTIVELY OR GIVE A REFUND OR CREDIT IF YOU FORGET TO USE IT WHEN PAYING
There is an additional discount available for parents paying for 3 or more sessions per week, please inquire if you think you might be eligible.
PLEASE NOTE A £10 LATE PAYMENT FEE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL TERM FEES AFTER THE FIRST THREE WEEKS OF TERM AND THIS WILL INCREASE TO £20 AT THE START OF HALF TERM - For new members the coupon code you have been given takes this into consideration and takes off the sessions you have missed this term and the late payment fee.
