2. Delivery Policy - We take membership payments up front when a new member joins the club which run in conjunction with the school terms (i.e. Autumn Term, Spring Term and Summer Term). Membership payments reduce at the start of each school term to reflect the remaining months of the year.
3. Refund / Cancellation Policy – If you wish to cancel your place and leave before the Autumn term begins and you have paid your membership fee in July or August for the following school year you must let us know by the 1st September to arrange refund of your child's membership fee. Please note a refund fee of £5 applied to all refunded transactions due to unavoidable shop and Pay Pal fees. We are unable to refund any membership fees at any point after 5th September for the remainder of the school year as for returning members this fee is used to cover our annual club, coach and individual gymnast IGA memberships and for new members this fee is used to cover admin when a child joins the club and IGA membership/insurance. Any membership fees paid to IGA are then non-refundable for us as a club.
