2. Delivery Policy - We take full payment up front for competitions which will be delivered on the date of the competition.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy –

INTERNAL COMPETITIONS - If you wish to cancel your competition place then you must inform us by at least 7 full days before the competition for a refund minus a £5.00 refund fee . We are unable to refund competition places after this time.

EXTERNAL COMPETITIONS - If you wish to cancel your place in any external UKG or other competitions we are attending then you need to do so before the entry deadline that is mentioned in our communications. After this point we are unable to provide a refund as payment will have been made for your child to the competition organisors.
