2. Delivery Policy - We take payment up front for 3 hour sessions at holiday camp, either AM or PM which will be delivered at the time and date you have purchased a session for.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy – There is a standard £5 refund charge for holiday camp places. If you wish to cancel your place before the camp begins for a refund you must let us know 48 hours before the start of the camp that your session falls in, to enable us to fill your place. (For example if the camp starts on a Tuesday you would need to inform us by 9.30am on the Sunday before camp starts if you would like a refund for any sessions that happen during that week of camp - even if the session is running on the Wednesday or Thursday of camp).

If you inform us at any point after this that your child is not able to attend then we are only able to refund the place should the session be full up and another child end up taking your place.
