2. Delivery Policy - We take payment up front for 3 hour sessions at holiday camp, either AM or PM which will be delivered at the time and date you have purchased a session for.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy – If you wish to cancel your place before the camp begins for a refund you must let us know one full week before the session you wish to cancel, to enable us to fill your place. All holiday camp refunds carry a £5 refund charge per child place per full day cancelled or £2.50 refund charge per child for a single session cancelled.

Alternatively you can move you children to attend on another day and time during the same school holidays free of charge if you need to do so up to one full week before their first camp session with us.

If you give us less than 7 days’ notice before the date(s) you would like to cancel, no refund, credit or movement of sessions to a future date is available for Springbucks Holiday Camp provisions.
